Right of withdrawal. By subscribing to the Discord Partner Program, the client expressly waives the right of withdrawal from the moment their Discord server is promoted through the platform's Discord Account Link services. The service is deemed delivered once this promotion step has been completed and payment has been received.
No results guaranteed. FreeMCHost does not guarantee any specific number of members, level of activity, or growth results. The service consists of directing linked users to partner servers.
Client's responsibility for retention. It is the client's sole responsibility to take the necessary measures to retain users and build an active community. FreeMCHost only brings members to the Discord server and declines all liability regarding retention, community moderation, or results obtained after the members have joined.
