Server Shop — Terms and Usage Conditions

1. Who you are buying from

Every purchase made through a FreeMCHost Server Shop is a sale concluded with Antoine PELKA--ROCHE (FreeMCHost), 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, SIRET 92022305400031. FreeMCHost is the seller and the operator of the transaction. The server owner is never a party to the payment and never receives money directly.

2. What the server owner receives

After a successful payment, the owner of the server concerned receives FreeMCHost balance credits equal to the amount paid (1 € paid = 1 € of credit, no commission). These credits can only be used inside FreeMCHost. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or converted into money, and can be removed in the event of a breach of these conditions.

3. Delivery of the purchase

Delivery consists of executing, on the server concerned, the command configured by the server owner for the product purchased. Delivery is automatic and normally immediate. If the server is offline or the command fails, FreeMCHost retries automatically; the owner is alerted after three failed attempts.

The buyer must provide their exact in-game username. FreeMCHost cannot be held responsible for a wrong or misspelled username, and no refund is granted on that basis.

4. Responsibility for content

Shops, products, prices, descriptions, images and commands are defined solely by the server owner. FreeMCHost is not responsible for the content of a server, for the behaviour of its staff, or for what a purchase actually grants in-game. FreeMCHost acts only as seller and transaction facilitator.

5. Obligations of the server owner

• Comply with the Minecraft EULA and Mojang / Microsoft commercial usage guidelines.
• Comply with the FreeMCHost Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
• Deliver every purchase promptly and honour all commitments made to buyers.
• Never sell illegal, misleading, dangerous or age-inappropriate content.
• Keep the shop description, prices and product effects accurate at all times.

Any breach may lead to the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the shop and to the removal of the credits earned, without compensation.

6. Refunds

Purchases are digital items delivered immediately at the buyer's express request. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply and no refund can be issued. FreeMCHost may nevertheless intervene, at its sole discretion, when a delivery genuinely failed on its side.

7. Reporting a problem

Buyers can report any shop or product that breaks the EULA, breaks FreeMCHost terms, or that did not deliver. The fastest channel is our Discord; you can also write to hello@freemchost.com. FreeMCHost reviews every report and takes action against owners who breach these conditions.

8. Changes

FreeMCHost may update these conditions and may enable, disable or restrict the Server Shop feature, globally or per hosting plan, at any time.
